The Court of Appeals has scheduled oral arguments in the case of State of
Minnesota v. Stephan R. Orsak (who biked at the airport) for July 23 at
11:35 am -12:10 in Room 200 of the Minnesota Judicial Center: 25 Rev. Dr.
Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., near the Capitol.

Yes, this is open to the public. Please, no signs or banners, and observers
must sit quietly without food, drink, gum, or hats on heads.
